Xinyaqiang announced that in the first half of 2025, operating revenue was 321 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 18.58%. Net profit was 59.0129 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 27.75%. It plans to distribute a cash dividend of 1.5 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders based on a total share capital of 316 million shares as of June 30, 2025, totaling a cash dividend distribution of 47.368 million yuan. There will be no bonus shares or capital reserve fund conversion into share capital for the first half of 2025
