Asia Link Technology announced that its shareholder, Jiaxing Qiande Jingyi Investment Partnership, which holds 6.5476% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 7.8624 million shares, accounting for 2.0000% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading within three months after the announcement date, specifically from September 18, 2025, to December 17, 2025
