FSM announced that its operating revenue in the first half of 2025 was 649 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 11.55%; net profit was 318 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 6.35%. The profit distribution plan approved by the board of directors is: based on 748 million shares, a cash dividend of 3.6 yuan will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, with no bonus shares issued and no capital reserve converted into share capital
