According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SH IND URBAN (00563) announced its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, with total revenue of HKD 1.828 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 38.68%; the loss attributable to shareholders was HKD 492 million, a year-on-year increase of 112.53%; basic loss per share was HKD 0.1029.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a decline in sales from the delivery of multiple projects compared to the same period last year
