HLADI announced that the actual controllers Ge Rong, holding 10.7686 million shares, Hangzhou Yuan Exhibition, holding 10.4351 million shares, and Hangzhou Hongyuan, holding 5.022 million shares, plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 1.3242 million shares each through centralized bidding within three months after the announcement date, not exceeding 1% of the company's total share capital, with the reduction price not lower than the initial issuance price
