FASTEN announced that its operating revenue in the first half of 2025 was 128 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 34.21%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 15.0349 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 24.1725 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, not to issue bonus shares, and not to convert reserves into share capital
