# Rizhao Port JR issued a profit warning, expecting a year-on-year decrease of approximately 31% in net profit attributable to shareholders for the interim period

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RIZHAO PORT JR (06117) announced that it expects the net profit attributable to the owners of the company for the six months ending June 30, 2025, to decrease by approximately 31% compared to the net profit of about RMB 121 million for the same period in 2024.

The board believes that the main reason for the expected decrease in net profit attributable to the owners of the company for the six months ending June 30, 2025, is the impact of various factors such as economic conditions and changes in market policies, which have led to some customers adjusting their demand for imported goods, resulting in a decline in the company's business volume and a significant drop in profits
