# TJBE: Subsidiary signs construction contract for lithium battery anode material project worth 910 million yuan

TJBE announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Inner Mongolia Xiangfu New Energy Co., Ltd. has designated Hebei Province Installation Engineering Co., Ltd. as the general contractor for the "Phase II 50,000 tons/year lithium battery anode material front-end project and 82,000 tons/year lithium battery anode material graphitization project." The two parties signed the project general contracting agreement on August 27, 2025, with a total estimated contract price of 910 million yuan. The signing of this contract will help advance the construction work of the Phase I integrated project with an annual production capacity of 200,000 tons of lithium battery anode materials. The contract will take effect after being signed or sealed by the legal representatives or authorized agents of both parties and stamped with the official seal, and after TJBE's board of directors has completed the approval process
