# ZNGF: Chairman Wu Kunzong resigns due to work reasons

ZNGF announced on August 28th that the company's board of directors received a written resignation from Chairman Eddie Wu. Eddie Wu applied to resign from the positions of Chairman and Director of the company due to work reasons, and after his resignation, he will no longer hold any other positions in the company or its subsidiaries. Eddie Wu's resignation will not result in the number of board members falling below the legal minimum and will not have a significant impact on the company's daily operations and management.
