Bright Eye Hospital Group: Using excess raised funds of 22.82 million yuan to establish Chengdu Jinjiang Bright Eye Hospital

Bright Eye Hospital Group announced that on August 27, 2025, the third meeting of the third board of directors was held, during which the proposal regarding the use of part of the oversubscribed funds to establish the Chengdu Jinjiang Bright Eye Hospital project was approved. The company agreed to use RMB 22.82 million of the oversubscribed funds from its initial public offering to establish the Chengdu Jinjiang Bright Eye Hospital project. The total investment for the project is RMB 52.8668 million, with a total of RMB 22.82 million planned to be invested from the oversubscribed funds. The project implementation entity is Chengdu Jinjiang Bright Eye Hospital Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the project will be located at Building 1, Zhongguang Zhimei City, Jinjiang District, Chengdu.
