XZB announced that shareholders Hu Xin, Yao Guoxing, and Xu Fang plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 705,000 shares, 367,000 shares, and 291,000 shares, respectively, between September 19, 2025, and December 19, 2025, through centralized bidding or block trading, totaling no more than 1,363,000 shares, accounting for 0.9986% of the company's total share capital, with the reduction price determined by the market price at the time of implementation
