Liance Technology announced that in the first half of 2025, operating revenue reached 255 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 6.04%. Net profit was 52.9437 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.12%. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 2.48 yuan for every 10 shares to all shareholders, based on the total share capital registered on the equity distribution record date, deducting the shares in the company's repurchase special securities account. The total cash dividend to be distributed is 15.9696 million yuan, accounting for 30.16% of the net profit attributable to ordinary shareholders of the listed company in the consolidated financial statements
