# WALRUS: First repurchase of 0.02% of the company's shares

WALRUS announced that on August 28, 2025, the company repurchased 21,600 shares of its stock through a dedicated securities account for share repurchase via centralized bidding, accounting for 0.02% of the company's current total share capital, with a highest transaction price of 20 yuan/share and a lowest transaction price of 19.92 yuan/share, totaling 431,300 yuan. The funds for this share repurchase come from the company's own funds and/or special loans for stock repurchase, and the repurchase price did not exceed the upper limit of 21.7 yuan/share set in the repurchase plan. This repurchase complies with relevant laws and regulations and aligns with the established share repurchase plan
