# SHOUCHENG: Signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with IAT and Alrite

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SHOUCHENG (00697) announced that on August 28, 2025, the company signed a strategic cooperation framework agreement with IAT (300825.SZ), Beijing Alrite Intelligent Robot Technology Co., Ltd. (Alrite, a subsidiary of IAT), and Beijing Shoucheng Robot Technology Industry Co., Ltd. (Robot Company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company). The four parties will collaborate through multiple dimensions such as technological innovation and joint research and development, priority procurement, talent cultivation, and exploring industrial cooperation, to jointly promote breakthroughs in robot technology, scene implementation, and coordinated development of the industrial chain.

IAT is one of the first national high-tech enterprises, the first independent automotive design company listed in China, and a leading brand in independent automotive design. Alrite, as a subsidiary of IAT focusing on the operational implementation of robotics, is committed to creating an integrated research and design platform for the robotics industry, an integrated simulation training platform, a one-stop parts distribution platform, and a one-stop full-scene empowerment platform. In the future, the parties will establish a long-term strategic cooperation relationship based on their leading advantages and resource complementarity in smart infrastructure, automotive research and design, robot technology, and industrial ecosystem construction, to jointly build a full-chain cooperation mechanism from technology verification to commercialization, enhancing the efficiency and stability of the industrial chain.

The core of the cooperation lies in using "robotics + automotive" as an entry point to promote the application of robot technology in automotive research and development, manufacturing, smart transportation, and mobility services, while continuously optimizing product performance and adapting to scenarios through secondary development of the entities. By leveraging the technological advantages of domestic robot companies already invested by the company and the cooperative resources of the robot company with hundreds of high-quality upstream and downstream enterprises, a complete iteration and application ecosystem will be formed. The four parties will establish a priority procurement mechanism to strengthen upstream and downstream collaboration, ensuring that technological achievements are quickly transformed into marketable products. On this basis, the cooperation will expand into broader fields, gradually building a "robotics +" application matrix with demonstrative effects, accelerating the large-scale development of the industry, and creating new growth momentum and long-term value for the company
