# KADER HOLDINGS released its interim results, with a loss attributable to shareholders of HKD 92.801 million, an increase of 22.36% year-on-year

> KADER HOLDINGS released its interim results for the period ending June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HKD 134 million, a year-on-year decrease of 6.14%. The loss attributable to shareholders was HKD 92.801 million, an increase of 22.36% year-on-year, with a basic loss per share of HKD 0.0976. The loss was mainly due to a revaluation deficit of approximately HKD 61.32 million on investment properties

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KADER HOLDINGS (00180) announced its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HKD 134 million, a year-on-year decrease of 6.14%; the loss attributable to equity shareholders was HKD 92.801 million, an increase of 22.36% year-on-year; basic loss per share was HKD 0.0976.

The announcement stated that the loss attributable to equity shareholders was mainly due to a revaluation loss of investment properties of approximately HKD 61.32 million (for the six months ending June 30, 2024: approximately HKD 31.78 million)
