# Some directors and executives of Both plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 138,000 shares

Directors Lv Guangshuai, Zhang Jiyong, and executive Chen Yingxu plan to reduce their holdings. As of the announcement date, Lv Guangshuai and Zhang Jiyong each hold 216,000 shares, accounting for 0.0409%; Chen Yingxu holds 120,000 shares, accounting for 0.0227%. The three plan to reduce their holdings by no more than 138,000 shares in total through centralized bidding within three months after fifteen trading days from the announcement date, accounting for no more than 0.0261% of the company's total share capital, with each person reducing no more than 25% of their total holdings. The reduction price will be determined by market price, and the reason is personal funding needs. The implementation of the reduction plan is subject to uncertainty and does not involve risks of changes in company control
