HOOTECH announced that the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, Xia Jun, plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 3,612,768 shares, accounting for 2.2969% of the company's total share capital; specific shareholder Xuzhou Botong plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1,106,000 shares, accounting for 0.7031% of the company's total share capital, among which Xia Jun and Ma Xiaobao will indirectly reduce their holdings through Xuzhou Botong by no more than 1,064,000 shares and 42,000 shares, respectively. The reduction period is within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement
