# SONGZ: Three executives plan to reduce their holdings by 0.0798%

SONGZ announced that the company's Vice Chairman and President Ji Ankang holds 1.3975 million shares, Vice President Huang Guoqiang holds 431,300 shares, and Vice President, Board Secretary, and Chief Financial Officer Chen Rui holds 169,300 shares. The three plan to reduce their holdings by a total of no more than 499,400 shares through block trades or centralized bidding from September 22, 2025, to December 21, 2025, accounting for 0.0798% of the company's total share capital. Among them, Ji Ankang plans to reduce his holdings by no more than 349,300 shares, Huang Guoqiang by no more than 107,800 shares, and Chen Rui by no more than 42,300 shares
