GKG announced that its controlling shareholder and the concerted actors of the actual controller, Nanjing Kailinge, Dongguan Kaichuang, and Dongguan Kailing, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by a total of no more than 3,192,000 shares, accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement through centralized bidding and block trading. The reduction is mainly based on the personal funding needs of platform employees
