Black Cat Carbon announced that its operating revenue in the first half of 2025 was 4.296 billion yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 12.56%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 115 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 54.4836 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, not to issue bonus shares, and not to convert reserves into share capital
