Yunnan Tourism announced that its operating income in the first half of 2025 was 117 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 61.22%. The net loss attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 96.9199 million yuan, compared to a net loss of 45.9665 million yuan in the same period last year. The company plans not to distribute cash dividends, not to issue bonus shares, and not to increase capital through reserves
