# PROSPER FUTURE: Richard Yu Zhengqian will be appointed as an executive director

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, PROSPER FUTURE (01259) announced that the board of directors has resolved to dissolve and relieve the company's executive committee and investment and credit committee, effective from August 28, 2025.

The board also announced the following changes, effective from September 8, 2025: (1) Mr. Chen Kaidi will resign as executive director and chief financial officer and will no longer serve as an authorized representative; and (2) Mr. Yu Zhengqian will be appointed as executive director, chief financial officer, and authorized representative
