According to the Zhitong Finance APP, FINELAND LIVING (09978) announced its interim results for 2025, with revenue of approximately HKD 168 million, a year-on-year decrease of 9.49%; the loss attributable to shareholders was HKD 5.999 million, a year-on-year narrowing of 59.12%; the loss per share was 1.5 cents.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a decline of approximately HKD 4.7 million in the real estate agency services segment and a decline of approximately HKD 12.9 million in the property management services segment
