According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHI ASIA VALLEY (00063) released its mid-term results for 2025, with revenue of HKD 72.744 million, a year-on-year increase of 70.3%; the profit attributable to the company's owners was HKD 2.223 million, a year-on-year decrease of 39.5%; basic earnings per share were HKD 0.03.

The increase in revenue during the period was mainly due to a significant rise in income from property investments and construction services
