According to the Zhitong Finance APP, REDCO GROUP (01622) released its mid-term results for 2025, with revenue of 988 million yuan (RMB, the same below), a year-on-year decrease of 73.8%; the loss attributable to the company's owners was 590 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 13.5%; basic loss per share was 16.61 cents.

The decrease in total revenue during the period was caused by a reduction in the total construction area of property deliveries
