# CHICMAX plans to lease properties in Shanghai for office and research purposes

> According to the announcement from CHICMAX, the group (as the tenant) has entered into a lease agreement with an independent third party, Shanghai Tianyu Shihong Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. (as the owner). Under the lease agreement, the group agrees to lease the property (Building 4, 3-20 floors, XH221-01, 710 Yishan Road, Shanghai) for a term from February 16, 2026, to February 15, 2035 (including the first and last days) for office and research purposes

According to the announcement from CHICMAX (02145), the group (as the tenant) has entered into a leasing agreement with an independent third party, Shanghai Tianyu Shihong Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. (as the owner). Under the leasing agreement, the group agrees to lease the property (Building 4, Floors 3-20, XH221-01, 710 Yishan Road, Shanghai), with the lease term from February 16, 2026, to February 15, 2035 (including the first and last days), for office and research purposes
