# Chinese hotel brands make their first large-scale overseas expansion, JINJIANG HOTELS makes a significant move into Southeast Asia

Chinese hotel brand "going global" welcomes a new milestone. On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of the Jinjiang brand, China's leading hotel company Jinjiang Hotels officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Malaysian local hotel management group RIYAZ on August 27 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The hotel management company RJJ Hotels, specially established for this cooperation by the RIYAZ group, also made its debut. At the press conference, Jinjiang Hotels and RJJ Hotels formally signed a management licensing agreement, announcing plans to jointly expand over 180 hotel projects in Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and the Philippines over the next five years. RJJ Hotels will subsequently be responsible for the hotel project development, preparation support, and operational management of Jinjiang Hotels' five brands: Jinjiang Metropolo, Lavande, Jinjiang Inn, Jinjing Hotel, and Cloud Residence in the aforementioned six countries, and will work together with the team dispatched by Jinjiang Hotels to promote the high-quality implementation of new hotel projects
