# According to reports, Range Technology plans to negotiate the acquisition of Qinhuai Data Group's China data center business

According to sources cited by Bloomberg, Bain Capital's Qinhuai Data Group has attracted interest from mainland bidders for its data center business in China, and Range Technology (300442.SZ), which is considering a secondary listing in Hong Kong, is one of the companies that recently submitted a binding bid.

ByteDance is a major client of Qinhuai's data centers in China, and this transaction is expected to value Qinhuai's Chinese business at around 30 billion yuan. Sources indicate that other potential bidders include Dongyangguang (600673.SS), Youzu Interactive (002174.SZ), the investment company of Beijing Capital Group, and Shanghai Yidian
