# Haoyue Care: Plans to suspend investment in the Mexico production base project

Haoyue Care announced that the company plans to suspend its investment in the Mexico production base project. On April 11, 2024, the company's sixth meeting of the third board of directors reviewed and approved the proposal on establishing a wholly-owned subsidiary for external investment, agreeing to invest USD 30 million to establish a subsidiary in Mexico and invest in the construction of the Mexico production base. The reason for this investment suspension is that the repeated tariff measures imposed by the United States on Mexico have severely affected the Mexican economy, and the uncertainty in U.S.-Mexico relations, along with various potential changes, has created significant uncertainty and risk in continuing the investment. The company will fulfill its corresponding information disclosure obligations in a timely manner in accordance with relevant laws and regulations
