QUANXINHAO announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Zhejiang QUANXINHAO Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., intends to use its own funds of 12 million yuan to acquire 60% equity in Zhejiang Yilian Medical Equipment Co., Ltd. held by Zhejiang Qilian Medical Management Co., Ltd. Upon completion of this transaction, Yilian Medical will become a controlling subsidiary of QUANXINHAO Pharmaceutical and will be included in the company's consolidated financial statements. This transaction aims to strengthen the medical business foundation of QUANXINHAO Pharmaceutical and enhance its overall competitiveness
