According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CNQC INT'L (01240) announced its interim results for 2025, with revenue of approximately HKD 4.404 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 9.82%; the profit attributable to shareholders was HKD 29.92 million, a year-on-year increase of 25.55%; earnings per share were HKD 0.018.

The announcement stated that the decrease in revenue was mainly due to a reduction in the recognition of sales revenue from property development projects during the reporting period. The increase in net profit was mainly due to a reduction in financial costs, leading to significant cost savings
