Due to the expiration of the assistance period in Tibet, Zhao Yunde resigned from his positions as Vice Chairman, General Manager, and Director of the company, while Zhang Hui resigned from his position as Vice General Manager, and will no longer hold any positions in the company or its subsidiaries after his resignation. Due to normal work adjustments, You Zhangxiu resigned from his position as Financial Officer of the company.
