# ST Xintong: Plans to terminate fundraising investment projects and permanently supplement working capital

ST Bright Oceans announced that the company plans to terminate the smart city construction project, industry big data analysis and operation project, cloud security management system construction project, network optimization intelligent platform construction project, and regional innovation application workshop construction project. As of June 30, 2025, the remaining unused raised funds for the terminated fundraising projects amount to 790 million yuan. The company plans to permanently supplement 297 million yuan of the remaining raised funds into working capital for daily production operations and business development. At the same time, due to judicial deductions, 493 million yuan has been reduced from the funds in the fundraising account, which has been repaid by the controlling shareholder and will also be used to permanently supplement working capital. This matter still needs to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for deliberation
