# SILVER GRANT released its interim results, with a loss attributable to shareholders of HKD 298 million, a year-on-year decrease of 2.98%

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, SILVER GRANT (00171) released its interim results for the six months ending June 30, 2025, reporting revenue of HKD 50.81 million, an increase of 8.2% year-on-year; the loss attributable to shareholders was HKD 298 million, a decrease of 2.98% year-on-year; and the loss per share was HKD 0.1292.

During the period of 2025, the revenue included rental income from the group's investment property, Donghuan Plaza, located in Beijing, China, amounting to approximately HKD 50.234 million (for the period of 2024: HKD 46.961 million); and distributed photovoltaic power generation income of approximately HKD 576,000 (for the period of 2024: none)
