# Huashi Group announced its interim results, with shareholders' profit attributable to shareholders amounting to HKD 53.72 million, an increase of 49.64% year-on-year

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huashi Group (01111) released its mid-term results for 2025, with revenue of 155 million yuan (RMB, the same below), an increase of 26.05% year-on-year: gross profit of 108 million yuan, an increase of 43.98% year-on-year; profit attributable to shareholders of 53.72 million yuan, an increase of 49.64% year-on-year; basic earnings per share of 6.97 cents.

The announcement stated that during the reporting period, the group's overall operations were stable, continuously strengthening professional service skills, consolidating business partnerships, and providing high-quality one-stop services to clients, delivering high-quality innovative content to end users. This includes the "Caidian District 2025 Cultural Tourism Consumption Season Launch Ceremony" executed and organized by the group, which achieved over 2 million exposures across all platforms and a daily foot traffic exceeding 10,000. The group also holds multiple professional qualifications such as CNAAI Level 1 advertising enterprise and high-tech enterprise, and has accumulated a broad customer base across various industries, demonstrating strong industry competitiveness.

Artificial intelligence is promoting the intelligent transformation of the industry through technological integration and application scenario development. The group continuously deepens technological innovation and accelerates AI business incubation, aiming to achieve synergistic development between the original business model and emerging technologies. The "Huashi • Flash BAO" digital human, as the group's first AI digital product, started internal testing in July this year and has application potential in multiple fields. The group optimizes product performance through technologies such as AI-generated content and multimodal interaction, endowing the "Huashi • Flash BAO" IP image with functions such as customization, AIGC video generation, and digital human interaction, making it suitable for application scenarios like smart government affairs and digital cultural tourism. The group will continue to improve the AI digital product and service system, focusing on scenario adaptability and functional extensibility, to build a data-driven smart media industry ecosystem with deep learning capabilities, providing comprehensive digital intelligence solutions.

During the reporting period, the group signed strategic cooperation agreements with several key clients, laying a solid foundation for business development. Among them, the group reached a strategic cooperation agreement with a leading domestic steel structure enterprise to jointly explore the "New Infrastructure + AI Media" business model; signed a strategic cooperation agreement with a local people's government in Hubei Province to conduct in-depth cooperation on digital economy industry incubation, urban brand IP construction, and smart cultural tourism platform building. In addition, the group has maintained close communication with local government departments, industrial investment groups, and others to deepen cooperative construction and explore new growth points for commercial value.

During the reporting period, the group's profitability steadily improved, achieving total revenue of 155 million yuan, with a total contract amount signed with clients of 715 million yuan. Among them, 96.2% (approximately 688 million yuan) of the services have been provided to clients
