# LANDSEA LIFE's subsidiary successfully bid for Nanjing Property at 26.3088 million yuan

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LANDSEA LIFE (01965) announced that on August 29, 2025, Nanjing Wujie Technology Information Consulting Co., Ltd. (Nanjing Wujie) (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) successfully bid for the properties in a judicial auction, with a total bid price of RMB 26.3088 million. Nanjing Wujie will pay the full amount via bank transfer no later than 4:00 PM on September 29, 2025. The Jianye District People's Court will issue the auction transaction confirmation letter within two working days after receiving the full payment.

It is reported that the properties are located in a central area of Qinhuai District, Nanjing, with convenient public transportation
