# Huijin plans to acquire a controlling stake in Cooper New Energy, which is expected to constitute a major asset restructuring

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huijin (300368.SZ) announced that the company plans to acquire 20% of the equity of Cooper New Energy Co., Ltd. ("Cooper New Energy") through cash payment. At the same time, Cooper New Energy's shareholder Yu Chunsheng will ensure that the company holds no less than 51% of the voting rights of the target company by entrusting or transferring no less than 31% of the voting rights to the company. The specific acquisition plan and acquisition ratio are subject to further verification and negotiation. Upon completion of this transaction, Cooper New Energy will become a controlling subsidiary of the company. This transaction is expected to constitute a significant asset restructuring, and the company's stock will not be suspended.

It is reported that Cooper New Energy is mainly engaged in the research and development, production, and sales of internal equipment for wind power towers and intelligent equipment for wind power construction
