# HUABAO INTL: Executive Director Cai Wenxia appointed as authorized representative

> According to the Zhitong Finance APP, HUABAO INTL announced that Mr. Xia Liqun, the company's executive director, vice chairman, and president, will no longer serve as one of the authorized representatives of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited, effective from August 29, 2025. The board further announced that Ms. Cai Wenxia, an executive director, has been appointed as an authorized representative, effective immediately

According to the announcement from Huabao International (00336), Mr. Xia Liqun, the company's executive director, vice chairman, and president, will no longer serve as one of the authorized representatives of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited, effective from August 29, 2025.

The board further announced that Ms. Cai Wenxia, an executive director, has been appointed as an authorized representative, effective immediately
