HENG HUP (01891.HK) announced its interim results for the period ending June this year, with revenue of 725 million ringgit, a year-on-year decrease of 16.2%. Net profit was 8.471 million ringgit, a year-on-year decrease of 26.1%; earnings per share were 0.85 sen. No dividend was declared.

The group is engaged in the trade of black scrap metal, used batteries, waste paper, iron ore, and other scrap materials, as well as providing logistics services in Malaysia
