# TRANSWARP TECHNOLOGY: H-share filing application materials received by the China Securities Regulatory Commission

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, TRANSWARP TECHNOLOGY (688031.SH) has submitted an application to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (referred to as "Hong Kong Stock Exchange") for the issuance of H shares and listing on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on August 18, 2025. On the same day, the application materials for this issuance were published on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's website. The company has submitted the filing application materials for this issuance and listing to the China Securities Regulatory Commission (referred to as "CSRC") in accordance with relevant regulations, and has recently received acceptance from the CSRC
