Highton Development: Wholly-owned subsidiary acquires two vessels
Highton Development announced on the evening of September 1st that, in order to further expand its capacity and improve the construction of its fleet system, its wholly-owned subsidiary Dannaning Shipping purchased a multipurpose cargo ship from Helene Braren, and Chongqing Shipping purchased a multipurpose cargo ship from Simon Braren, with the MOA agreement signed on September 1st. The total contract amount for this transaction is $32 million
