# Jason Furniture plans to invest CNY 1.124 billion to build a self-owned base project in Indonesia

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jason Furniture (603816.SH) announced that in order to implement its internationalization strategy and increase the depth and breadth of market coverage, it plans to invest RMB 1.124 billion to construct its own base project in Indonesia. Subsequently, the company will register a wholly-owned or controlling project production and sales company with independent legal person status in Indonesia as the project implementation entity.

The project plans to build an overseas production base for Jason Furniture in the Kendal Industrial Park in Semarang City, Central Java Province, Indonesia, including the construction of new production workshops, R&D and testing workshops, warehouses, and the purchase of production equipment and other related supporting facilities.

The establishment of the self-built base project in Indonesia will help expand production scale, improve production efficiency, shorten supply cycles, better meet customer needs, and further enhance the company's global competitiveness and market share in the soft furniture industry, consolidating and strengthening the company's position in the industry. The project covers an area of approximately 195,600 square meters, with a construction period of 4 years, and is expected to achieve an annual sales revenue of approximately RMB 2.52 billion within 3 years after full completion
