# SANXING's subsidiary signs a 419 million yuan smart meter project in Egypt

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, SANXING Medical (601567.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Ningbo SANXING Intelligent Electric Co., Ltd. (referred to as "SANXING Intelligent") has signed a smart meter project in Egypt, with a total contract amount of USD 58.8 million, approximately RMB 419 million.

The contract amount is approximately RMB 419 million, accounting for 2.87% of the company's audited operating revenue for the fiscal year 2024. The execution of this contract will have a positive impact on the company's operational work and performance, but will not affect the independence of the company's business and operations. The signing of this contract is a result of the company's active efforts to expand into overseas markets, which is beneficial for continuously improving the overseas business layout and enhancing competitive advantages in overseas markets
