# PIA Automation: Plans to adjust the source of funds for share repurchase to self-owned funds, oversubscribed funds, and self-raised funds

PIA Automation announced that it plans to adjust the funding sources for the share repurchase to include self-owned funds, excess raised funds, and self-raised funds. The company intends to use no less than RMB 30 million and no more than RMB 50 million of its self-owned funds and excess raised funds to repurchase shares at a price not exceeding RMB 5.8 per share. The repurchased shares will be used entirely for the employee stock ownership plan or equity incentive plan at an appropriate time in the future. The repurchase period is within 12 months from the date the board of directors approves the repurchase plan
