# ZHHL: Planning for a change in company control, stock continues to be suspended

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, ZHHL (301040.SZ) announced that Mr. Wu Jun San, the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller, is planning matters related to the change of control of the company, which may lead to a change in the company's controlling shareholder and actual controller. Following the company's application to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company's stock and convertible bonds have been suspended from trading since the market opened on August 29, 2025 (Friday).
