# ZHUZHOU SMELTER: Hunan Nonferrous intends to transfer 31.26% of its equity to the company without compensation, and the controlling shareholder will change from Shuikoushan Group to Hunan Nonferrous

ZHUZHOU SMELTER announced that its indirect controlling shareholder, Hunan Nonferrous Metals Holding Group Co., Ltd., intends to transfer 321 million shares of ZHUZHOU SMELTER held by its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hunan Shuikoushan Nonferrous Metals Group Co., Ltd., and 14.3552 million shares held by Hunan Nonferrous Metals Co., Ltd. to Hunan Nonferrous Metals free of charge. After the transfer is completed, Hunan Nonferrous Metals will directly hold 335 million shares of ZHUZHOU SMELTER and indirectly hold 212 million shares of ZHUZHOU SMELTER through Zhuzhou Smelting Group Co., Ltd. Shuikoushan Group and Hunan Nonferrous will no longer hold shares of ZHUZHOU SMELTER, and the controlling shareholder of ZHUZHOU SMELTER will change from Shuikoushan Group to Hunan Nonferrous Metals, while the actual controller will still be China Minmetals Corporation
