# Sinolong: Strait plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 1%

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Sinolong (301565.SZ) announced that its shareholder Strait Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Strait"), holding 10.750% of the shares, plans to reduce its holdings in the company through block trading within three months after 15 trading days from the date of the announcement, not exceeding 1% of the total share capital of the company, which is no more than 4,000,100 shares
