# Chint Electrics terminates the spin-off of its subsidiary Chint Aneng for listing on the Shanghai Stock Exchange main board

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Chint Electrics (601877.SH) announced that on October 28, 2022, the company held the fourth meeting of the ninth board of directors and the third meeting of the ninth board of supervisors, where it reviewed and approved the proposal on planning the spin-off listing of its holding subsidiary. The company agreed to plan the spin-off listing of its holding subsidiary Chint Aneng Digital Energy (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Chint Aneng") and authorized the management of the company and Chint Aneng to initiate the preliminary preparation work for the spin-off listing of Chint Aneng.

Since planning this spin-off listing, the company has actively promoted related matters, organized intermediary institutions to conduct due diligence and other related work, and strictly fulfilled the decision-making procedures and information disclosure obligations in accordance with relevant laws, regulations, and normative documents. Given that Chint Aneng's business is developing well and its performance growth is rapid, in order to coordinate the company's business development, the company has comprehensively judged the current market environment and other factors, communicated fully with relevant parties, and after prudent demonstration, decided to terminate the spin-off of Chint Aneng to list on the main board of the Shanghai Stock Exchange and withdraw the relevant listing application documents
