# Weima: Chongqing BaoHou plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 0.98% of the company's shares

Weima announced that its shareholder Chongqing BaoHou Enterprise Marketing Planning Partnership plans to reduce its holdings of the company's shares by no more than 960,000 shares, through centralized bidding, within three months after the announcement date, which does not exceed 0.98% of the total share capital after excluding the number of shares in the repurchase special account
