> YUNFENG FIN has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with ANT GROUP and made a strategic investment in the Pharos public chain. According to the Zhitong Finance APP, YUNFENG FIN (00376) announced that on September 1, 2025, the company reached a strategic cooperation agreement with Ant Digital Technology (the technology commercialization sector under ANT GROUP); at the same time, the group will make a strategic investment in Pharos Network Technology Limited (Pharos).

As the global digitalization process accelerates, the integration of Web3 technology with current finance has become a key driving force for industrial upgrading. This strategic cooperation with Ant Digital Technology will fully leverage the advantages of both parties: Ant Digital Technology's technological accumulation in the fields of blockchain and digital finance, combined with the group's professional experience in current financial businesses (asset management, securities, insurance) and new energy carbon assets.
